We have a large selection of graphics we can add in addition to the stars, balloons, etc. We cannot guarantee graphics, but we will let you know before booking if we can not accommodate your specific request(s). More Information:

GRAD ​RENTAL INSTALLATION/TAKE-DOWN TIMES: We may either begin installing greetings between the hours of 4:00 pm and midnight the night before the rental OR between the hours of 4:00 am and 10:00 am the date of rental. We may either take down greetings between the hours of 10:00 pm and midnight the last night of the rental OR between the hours of 4:00 am and 4:00 pm the day after the rental. Please let us know if you have a preference either way.

GRAD RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY: You have two weeks (14 days) before the rental date to cancel your booking for a full refund minus $5.00 to cover the fee from PayPal. If you paid in cash or check you will receive a full refund if cancelled 14 days before rental, Alternatively you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability. If extreme weather conditions (severe wind, snow storm, blizzard, etc.) prevent us from setting up your sign display, you will receive a full refund or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.
